Main Launch Event

This Launch side event is a gateway to explore solutions, innovation, partnerships and best practice. It will be a platform to announce the initial capitalisation and operationalisation of the VICCTF, showcase its design based on best international practice and share how it is positioning to issue its first calls for proposals in 2026 through engagement of the private sector, civil society, academia and government agencies. The Launch will also explore how the Trust Fund intends to expand its reach and impact to other Overseas Territories and countries in the Eastern Caribbean as a regional implementing entity, and is also structuring to accelerate and scale its resources through innovative financing mechanisms.
